Most traditional diets are overly restrictive and often involve removing food that you actually enjoy. With flexible dieting, you are still able to indulge in a way where a balance is struck between getting enjoyment from your favourite food while also achieving your weight loss goals.
I cite the Twinkie Diet Professor and how he lost 27 pounds by using flexible dieting involving Twinkies, Little Debbie snacks, Oreos, etc.
One of the core principles of flexible dieting is understanding that weight loss is purely predicated on “how much” you eat as opposed to “what” you eat. And most people focus on the “what” more than the “how much”
