In this audio, I discuss perfection and how it applies in the context of starting a training program, fitness regimen, or anything for that matter.

I share my story of preparing for a fitness competition at a time of the year that was not “perfect.” When I started preparing in September 2016 for a competition in March 2017, I had to deal with Christmas/New Year/travelling.

For most people, it is the worst time to start a fitness program, meal plan, etc. But I decided to execute even though it wasn’t the “perfect” time.
