I started off just like you. And I have very ordinary genetics. But I know with a little bit of work, the correct strategy, and an open mind… I finally got my body to where it is now. And most recently, preparing for the World Titles as a Fitness Model competitor.

I was once junk food addicted and had a donut addiction! Sounds funny now. But it meant being on the way to getting diabetes! I was always sick and in and out of hospital. Thankfully, I have never been back to hospital since, have the body of my dreams, and now ready to help you achieve the body of your dreams aswell.

NO MORE EXPENSIVE TRAINING

Let’s do some really quick math. Training with a personal trainer these days costs about $60 per hour. If you are training with them 3 times per week, it adds up to $180. In 12 weeks, that’s $2,160!!!

Not to mention, a personal trainer is not allowed to give you nutrition advice. Which, by the way, is the kiss of death to any personal training program. Failing to take care of nutrition will guarantee you will never get results.

So, assuming you go the extra mile and see a Nutrition Coach at $100 per consultation, once per week. That’s $1,200 over 12 weeks.

Your bill is $3,360 for 12 weeks for a personal trainer and a diet coach, or nutrition coach.

FLEXIBLE TRAINING AND MEAL PLANS

Personally, I built most of my physique while travelling the world! I never had a proper meal plan or training plan. I followed the same fundamental rules where ever I was in the world, and it worked.

I will design a meal plan and training plan around the equipment you have available, and around your dietary requests. If you want chocolate or ice cream, I can add it into the meal plan. I will help you manage your cravings.

I will build plans around your time, schedule, and preferences. By the way, you won’t be “starving” on any meal plans that I give you!

ACCOUNTABILITY

I know how hard it is to stick to something if you are not accountable to anybody. Most people will pay a personal trainer just because they can remain accountable to someone! You will receive weekly check-ins on your progress, and adjustments as required.

I’ve been wanting to get a good nutrition plan for years, and am incredibly happy I found this course. Brad debunked many of the myths behind weight loss i.e. losing fat/gaining muscle with scientific facts. Loved the section that discussed how to deal with cravings, section that discussed why you don’t have to eat 6 meals a day like a crazy person, (unless you want to) and how we can make our own meal plan, tailored to your specific body, and as long as we meet specific nutrient goals. And instead of saying things like drink more water, eat tons of protein with no explanation, like in most things I’ve read, he would back it up with great reasons to do these things, that really help with maintaining your goals. Also loved that he helps get rid of the guilt associated with eating traditionally “bad foods.” I would say the intro only is a little long winded, but for the most part, I think that this is a great course, and I would absolutely recommend.

These cookie cutter jobs never take into account the food you love, hate, or due to some dietary restriction, can’t have! Many meal plans out there are not designed around your lifestyle. They are not flexible. And quite frankly, are so boring you’ll never stick to them! Check out some of the example meal plans I have created for people in the past (yes, protein pancakes and green smoothies just like the photos!)

The custom meal plan will be tweaked and modified according to your goals. It means eating the food you love and having the occasional cheat meal. With this in mind, you will actually look forward to eating off your meal plan every…single…day!

Your training plan will be 100% customised to you and your goals. It will include weightlifting and cardio, as required, to meet your goals. It doesn’t matter if you can only commit to 3 days per week, or can do 6 days per week, a workout plan will be designed with your specific needs in mind. If you have training injuries or other physical limitations, I can work around it.

If you are a skinny fat, overweight, or just skinny wanting to put on size (I’ve been all three!!) then I can certainly help you! Your workout plan will also come with access to an extensive video library of exercises, so you know exactly how to perform each exercise! This is critical so that you reduce your risk of injury!

Your custom workout plan will be designed to ensure you make consistent and gradual progress in body composition and strength.

Supplements are the biggest joke in the fitness business. There are only a handful of supplements that I personally use that have decent scientific validity behind them. They are not necessary to get results but, there are some supplements that have been shown to accelerate fat loss and muscle building.
